These terms apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions whenever your order contains a prescription medicine.
A valid prescription is required
We dispense prescription medicines only against a valid, current prescription written for you by a prescriber licensed to prescribe in your jurisdiction. You may upload it at checkout, from your account, or ask your prescriber to send it to us directly. We do not issue prescriptions and we do not sell prescription medicines without one.
Verification
Our pharmacy team checks every prescription for authenticity, currency, correct patient details, appropriate dose and quantity, and interactions with anything else on your record. We may contact your prescriber to confirm details. Nothing is dispatched until verification is complete, and we will tell you promptly if we cannot verify it.
Grounds for refusal
We will not dispense where the prescription is expired, altered, illegible or appears fraudulent; where the prescriber is not licensed to prescribe to you; where the quantity is inconsistent with legitimate personal use; where a clinically significant interaction or contraindication is identified; or where supply would breach the law in your location. A pharmacist may always decline to dispense on professional judgement.
Substitution
Unless your prescriber has specified otherwise, we may dispense a therapeutically equivalent generic containing the same active ingredient at the same strength. Tell us at checkout if you require the brand as written.
Controlled substances
We do not supply controlled substances, including anabolic steroids and scheduled opioids, through this website.
Your responsibilities
Give complete and accurate information about your health, allergies and other medicines. Take medicines exactly as prescribed. Do not share prescription medicines with anyone else. Keep them out of reach of children.

No returns
Prescription medicines cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once dispatched, except where we made a dispensing error. If you believe we did, contact us immediately and do not take the medicine.
