Shake well before use and measure each dose with the supplied device — never a kitchen spoon.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is nearly time for the next one — in that case skip the missed dose. Never take a double dose to make up for a forgotten one.

Like all medicines, this product can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them. The more commonly reported effects include digestive upset, reduced appetite.

Most mild effects settle as your body adjusts. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if any side effect persists, worsens, or troubles you.

Seek immediate medical attention if you experience signs of a serious allergic reaction — a widespread rash, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, difficulty breathing, or a sudden drop in blood pressure.

Be particularly careful to mention blood thinners, medicines for heart rhythm or blood pressure, antidepressants, other treatments in the same class, and anything affecting the liver enzymes that process medicines. Alcohol can intensify side effects such as drowsiness and dizziness.
